Located in the Department of Ancash - a wonderful land where all the varieties of scenery of the planet can be enjoyed - the Callejón de Huaylas is a warm valley stretching between the Black and the White Cordilleras, watered by the winding Santa river that rises in Lake Conococha at over 13,000 feet above sea level.
