Machu Picchu,

"Old Peak" in Quecchua, was discovered by Hiram Bingham in 1911 and is located in the province of Urubamba, Department of Cuzco. This area is characterized by its

torchid forests and its mild climate between warm and humid, with rains that fall from November to March.
Whenever the name Peru is mentioned anywhere on this planet, inevitably the words Machu Picchu come into play. lt is that ever since Hiram Bingham discovered the ancient Inca citadel in 1911, visitors numbering thousands have gone to gaze on this spectacular monument.
